Perfect location, minor setbacks

The hotel’s location was a tranquil paradise, allowing us to unwind after exploring the bustling city. Clean, spacious rooms and efficient service helped create a comfortable ambiance.

The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and the dining options could use some enhancement. One evening, the in-room coffee machine was out of order, disappointing early risers like us.

The room was sweet as, huge and comfy, but the cleaning could have been better. Chur for the sauna, though!

this was my second time in vienna, and the savoyen exceeded all my expectations. the breakfast spread had freshly made omelettes, and the spacious rooms were elegantly designed. it was perfect for our fantastic walking tour to explore the nearby belvedere palace and the city center.

The room temperature controls left much to be desired. I felt colder inside my room than I did in the hallway, and even after notifying reception twice, nothing improved. the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. I found myself getting frustrated by connectivity issues while trying to catch up on work. Parking is a bit of a wallet drain at 18 Euro per day, and the lobby ambiance could use some life—more lights and maybe even a hint of music. On top of that, it was hard to ignore the dated décor, which seemed out of place given the hotel's shining facade.
